A 16-12 months-historic woman who has Down's Syndrome is suing Jewish "Dancing With the stars" hoofer Val Chmerkovskiy for posting an internet that fat shames her.
The offensive meme shows her when she was just eight. She's sipping from a soda at a baseball game and the phrases superimposed on her say: "Letting your youngster become obese should be considered child abuse."
The post went viral in 2014. Chmerkovskiy put it on his fb web page below the headline: "everything that's wrong with america."
The offending meme with the woman's face obscured.
"I couldn't trust it after I saw it; makes me wonder what type of individuals are out there. It makes me unwell," the teenager's mom reportedly said.
In a publish directed on the woman's mother, he wrote: "You're handicapping your kid, and that they're defenseless. They don't understand stronger. That's why you're there."
The lady is suing the horny dancer for $6 million, TMZ reports. She also desires $600,000 from the photographer and an extra $6 million from CBS, which also confirmed the meme.

Chmerkovskiy eliminated the submit and defended himself.
"I have no need to discriminate or shame, I simply suppose people may still have a bit extra capabilities and take more accountability when it involves their children's diet. That's all. Chmerkovskiy is the brother of "DWTS" superstar Maksim Chmerkovskiy and the two are Russian immigrants.
